The tracker now merges three sources so the latest turn shows up even when it lives in an inbox: Drive files, email threads to/from Tim & Billy (Kaleo Legal), and Slack mentions. Each row shows a Sitting with field (CoreStory / Customer / Outside counsel) — auto-set for email from whoever sent the last message — plus a Notes field for key redlines. Contract emails will also auto-file into a dedicated Contracts Shared Drive, organized Counterparty › Type › date (e.g. ServiceChannel › MSA › 6.26.26), once that drive is set up.
